This is a very powerful set of tools to aid in the equipment re-inventory process.   OFMS has developed a Barcode Scanner application and is able to supply Barcode scanners running this application to any organization.  Data gathered in the field using the Barcode Scanner is transferred to the INSITE database using the Reconciler application.  In addition, the Reconciler provides a great deal of sophisticated functionality to reconcile and synchronize between the equipment data that is gathered in the field and the equipment inventory data that resides in the database.  Therefore, when assets in the field are added, removed, moved, lost/stolen, or damaged, the Reconciler allows the user to perform actions and generate reports that greatly assist property managers in dealing with the process.
